I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Grace on TWO roofs this fall!!! They helped solve a solar issue AND a full roof replacement 💗 I cannot believe the speed & competence! I will absolutely hire them again, in a heart-beat!!! Plz note, everyone we met & worked with were great 😊 but Grace shared her *coffee secrets*!!!

Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. After a major storm came through, I got in contact with Albert Bronson at national first response. Albert was very prompt and informative and helped me navigate the entire process of getting my roof replaced through my insurance company. Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. Every person I interacted with at National First Response was professional, responsive and competent. The project manager, Cory Schmitz guided me through the entire complicated process. That means a lot, especially when an insurance company is involved. When there was a mistake, (We all make mistakes from time to time.) Cory made sure he fixed it with a minimum of inconvenience for me. The craftsmen, especially Jeremy, who put our kitchen back together, matched Cory's degree of quality work and customer service. Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

Eric and his staff were very responsive and professional. They did what they said they would and the job turned out beautifully. I would recommend them for any job they want to do.

The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response.
