My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. I would give them 100 stars but their work, kindness, persistence and professionalism all speak for themselves. Thank you to everyone for everything you did to help me out! YAY FIRST RESPONSE ROOFING!!!!

They are very helpful and quick. They deal with the insurance directly for me so I don’t have to do that part.

National First Response did quality work in a timely manner and Grace Bernard the project coordinator who helped us was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process explaining how the everything worked and what our options were. As well as answering any questions we had promptly. It was such a a load of our shoulders. She took a potentially nebulous and stressful situation and made it pleasant. I highly recommend working with National First Response!

BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!

National first response has been a great company to work for. Mike cam out and walked us through the whole process. They were very quick to take care of all the necessary paperwork. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

I was pleased with James Lugo of the roofing division in getting or roof replaced in a timely manner. The crew who did the replacement were friendly and courteous and cleaned up after each day. Overall we are pleased with our results. Bill Eaton

NFR Roofing helped with my wind damage and assisted the claims adjuster with the claim. Kyle was the project manager that helped out and was very helpful from start to finish. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company and Kyle. Their crew came out and took only one day to complete and did a great job. Would recommend to all needing help on a new roof.

Great service. We had a slow water leak inside the kitchen wall that slowly created a big mess. National First Response showed up on time and did a great job getting it cleaned up and dried out. We highly recommend them.

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.
