What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. Michael was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything got done correctly. I would recommend to all my family in friends!

They were great to work with! They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! Their collective professionalism resulted in a beautiful kitchen that looks brand new. We are thrilled! Jon and Robbie Ierley

Joey & Jeremy did a great job and trust full they now how to treat the customer. put down tarps cleaned up the area left nothing behind would recommend the two at our place as well as use the company. they call to confirm in advance and when on the way morning of, I like that gal doing the calling was great as well.

We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

Everyone at National First Response were so helpful in getting my roof replaced! They had quite the job with the insurance company! But they did it! They completed the job in 1 day! My roof looks great! And the crew was so respectful and the clean up was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company!

After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

National First Response (NFR) recently did my roof underlayment replacement and an interior repair. It started with a roof leak during raining and a small water damage it caused. I called NFR and they dispatched Mike over on the same day. Mike immediately placed a tarp to cover the leak area, with no change (regardless of whether or not NFR would be hired for further roof work). One other company would charge $500 for just putting a tarp on. NFR did an awesome job on the interior repair. After a small patch of drywall replaced and repainted, it looked like nothing happened. I was very pleased.

National First Response did quality work in a timely manner and Grace Bernard the project coordinator who helped us was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process explaining how the everything worked and what our options were. As well as answering any questions we had promptly. It was such a a load of our shoulders. She took a potentially nebulous and stressful situation and made it pleasant. I highly recommend working with National First Response!

If your want to speak to a representative from NFR that has confidence, friendly and knowledge, Mike is your man. This company has the best workers, they do prompt work, clean up nice.I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family!!

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

We had 3 broken windows in the front of our house and National First Response provided the lowest quote. They not only repaired the windows with quality glass and inserts but assigned a project manager to keep me informed from measure through installation. I highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.
