Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

They were very responsive from the initial call to all work related to water damage (drywall, flooring, cabinet, painting). Project management and all workers were very professional and great with communication.

The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job.
