My father was recently suffered a stroke and the the employees at national first response were understanding of the situation and very helpful . Brandon was very helpful and calmly explained the situation and the process . Good Job Thank you very much .

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

I just can't find the words to express my gratitude for this incredible company! I had a water leak problem that went into my walls and onto my carpets in my basement, being a widow I was in panic mode ! Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. We had an overhead HVAC system failure with a resulting water leak in the living room ceiling, causing a large hole in the ceiling and lighting fixture displacement. Required repairs included patching and repainting ceiling area and rehanging lighting fixture. . The technician, Steve, did a perfect restoration job. We also appreciated the fast response.

Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

They were great to work with! They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! They did a great job. Had a rocky start trying to get all the other vendors and insurance to get all the paperwork done, but once that was done, they went right to work.. I like my new roof!!

We had a drain pipe leak in out upstairs bathroom and extensive damage. We could not have asked for better service from Eric and Jeremy. They were fast and attentive and supportive during the whole process.

BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

NFR replaced our roof shingles. From first contact to last bit of clean up, we were satisfied by the quality and professionalism. From James, head of the roofing division, to Diego, whose remarkable crew performed the tear-off and installation of the shingles. Being personally retired from the construction industry after 50 years, this company and crew were absolutely the best we have had the pleasure of dealing with and the finest craftsmanship of roofing and carpentry skill I have personally witnessed.
