Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. They also helped with the insurance process as well which was extremely helpful. The new roof looks great! A huge thank you to NFR for such a great job!

We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. They did a great job. Had a rocky start trying to get all the other vendors and insurance to get all the paperwork done, but once that was done, they went right to work.. I like my new roof!!

They came out within the first five hours. Set up their equipment and immediately began helping me with my issues... Greg was wonderful.. I cannot recommend him too highly. The entire company was at my service the entire ordeal... thanks to Vinnie also.

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with! They are all on the ball when you call or need immediate service. This is the second time we have needed them at my work and both times we received great quality of work fast and efficient! Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened.
