OUR COMMERCIAL RESTORATION PROCESS
1. Initial contact and dispatch
You call the commercial emergency line. A response team is assigned and briefed on the type of loss and the property.
2. Site assessment and stabilization
On arrival, we review affected areas, check for safety issues, and take immediate steps to stop active water, secure openings, and protect key assets.
3. Mitigation and dry-in-place work
Teams remove standing water, set up drying and dehumidification, clean affected areas, and apply dry in place methods where conditions support it. If materials cannot be saved, we plan targeted removal and communicate that clearly.
4. Repairs and reconstruction
Once the structure is stable and dry, our contractor services handle repairs to interiors, finishes, and building systems so the space is ready for normal use again.

They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

Christina, Eric, and their entire team were beyond Fabulous. My daughter had just experienced a life altering event and then a week later a pipe leak happened in her house.
