We have a repair shop that the roof was leaking Guy bond came out and took A look and said that the gutters were full of leaves and pine needles. Guy cleared out the debris afterwards we had no problems What a GREAT PERSON THX for all your help.

I was very impressed how readily they shared that info, gave me a thumbs up on my current roof condition, and zero pressure for a sale. We had our roof inspected and James was awesome. He let us know the condition of our roof and what we needed to watch for to protect our roof. We did not have anything done to our roof at this time,but when it is necessary ,we will definitely have National First Response do the work.

National First Response worked with our insurance and they dealt with getting the approvals and quickly installed the roof once it was approved. The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Communication was great. Brandon was the Project manager and ensured everything was precise with the work crew. The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

Joey & Jeremy did a great job and trust full they now how to treat the customer. put down tarps cleaned up the area left nothing behind would recommend the two at our place as well as use the company. they call to confirm in advance and when on the way morning of, I like that gal doing the calling was great as well.

The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. They wore their masks, as expected, and did a complete and thorough job. Nicely done!!!
