They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They also worked hard and performed top quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose National First Response! Update: We recently had storm damage on our roof. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. Our project manager Brendan was responsive and addressed any concerns we had throughout the project. The office staff is excellent to work with. The ladies are professional, highly organized, and kind. Thank you to everyone who worked on this project. We appreciate you!

NFR replaced my roof during a heat wave. The roofers were professional and worked diligently through the entire process. All my questions were addressed before, during and after. I would highly recommend NFR.

I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

Since our first meeting the representatives from National First Response I have been completely satisfied with their personal interaction, professionalism and flexibility. Michael and Brenden worked well with us and their crew to get the best work done in a short amount of time. They were quick and cleaned up completely during the 2 days they were at my home on my roof. Jeff and Nicole worked patiently with me in getting their company paid. The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened. I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. There communication level was exceptional, and they finished 1 day early. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!
