Found this company on the Heros for Hire group. Though they are not firefighters, they responded quickly and their team handled my remodel with amazing speed and high quality work. They worked with my schedule and were reasonably priced for the work I had done. I'll definitely use them again for future projects.

We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope. Eric Walters, our construction supervisor, was communicative and creative with problem solving. Here's a pic mid-stream, although its hard to do the work justice with a picture.

Really great customer service and final product. Took the time to prepare and plan the job beforehand. Then the crew finished my 1000sf house in one day. Clean and beautiful results.

Omar came to my home to install new floors after a flood, he was very professional and patient with all my questions. In my older home nothing is straight, when something didn't fit as it should he figured it out a way to solve the issue without sacrificing the look of the home. Highly recommend Omar if you are given an option to pick your crew.

National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. My Mom met Preston from First Response at a Home and Garden Show in Phx. She was telling him about my roof situation. He told her not to worry, that they would take care of me. Preston came over and was so nice. Long story short, thanks to everyone who helped my claim, I now have a new roof. Nicole Sullivan was at the end of everything and helped push everything through. She was so kind and patient with me. The roofers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Had a roof replaced. They were courteous and worked hard. After the replacement was completed, they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. A big thank you to Kayla, Christina, Matt and Vennie. I appreciate all the work you did on my behalf during a very difficult time for me.

What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. NFR helped me every step of the way! I had bad storm damage on my roof and they worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. It was a hassle free process for me and my family.

I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

Everything was great about our experience with National First Response. Grace Berand was excellent in communicating about the process and staying in touch with us throughout the entire job.
