Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. I had a fantastic experience with National First Response from start to finish. James was able to come out quickly for the inspection on short notice, which I really appreciated. Grace was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. Once the job began, the crew moved fast, and their workmanship was outstanding. Mikey did a thorough walkthrough after the job was complete and explained all the extra steps they took to make sure my roof would last for years. Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Great service. We had a slow water leak inside the kitchen wall that slowly created a big mess. National First Response showed up on time and did a great job getting it cleaned up and dried out. We highly recommend them.

National First Response did a great job of working with my insurance company to file the claim and followed up with them until the claim was approved. Nicole was fantastic to work with and called me every few days to provide updates. The roof replacement went perfectly - materials were delivered as scheduled and the installation team was fast and professional. All of the neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks!

From the very beginning, Michael as project manager was helpful, communicated frequently and effectively during the project. Michael helped me understand the complexity of making an insurance claim for the storm damage my house incurred. I would like to him give him and his company more than five stars.

The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

I had such a great experience from beginning to end with our roof installation with National First Response Roofing. Grace, the Project Coordinator, was always available when I needed her, kept me up to date with the progress of the installation and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

We had 3 broken windows in the front of our house and National First Response provided the lowest quote. They not only repaired the windows with quality glass and inserts but assigned a project manager to keep me informed from measure through installation. I highly recommend this company!
