I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

National First Response was called to our home for various issues and Guy responded immediately within an hour. He corrected the plumbing issues and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend National First Response and a special shout to Guy for his professionalism and kindness. He was also asked to play Santa for this year's Christmas and responded with an Absolute YES!!

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

Since our first meeting the representatives from National First Response I have been completely satisfied with their personal interaction, professionalism and flexibility. Michael and Brenden worked well with us and their crew to get the best work done in a short amount of time. They were quick and cleaned up completely during the 2 days they were at my home on my roof. Jeff and Nicole worked patiently with me in getting their company paid. National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. NFR Roofing Division Project manager Brandon Clayton and his experienced roofing crew, headed by Diego Trinidad, did an excellent job of replacing my roof after it sustained wind damage. Brandon was easy to work with, communicative and patient. Even though he was handling a lot of other jobs due to the monsoon, he always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon was a huge asset, helping me to understand and negotiate the insurance claim process. Bottom Line: The work was professional and it was completed quickly, the roofers showed up on time, worked hard and well together, cleaned up after themselves; everybody was efficient and polite. Best of all, the contract I signed specified that NFR Roofing Division would do the work needed to replace my roof for the amount my insurance company authorized, and that my only cost would be my insurance deductible. They were true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brandon Clayton at National First Response Roofing, and I love my roofing replacement!

We had a roof assessment done by NFR and were so pleased with their professional and thorough procedure. Turns out we don’t need work done for several years most likely. I was very impressed how readily they shared that info, gave me a thumbs up on my current roof condition, and zero pressure for a sale. My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!
