OUR COMMERCIAL RESTORATION PROCESS
1. Initial contact and dispatch
You call the commercial emergency line. A response team is assigned and briefed on the type of loss and the property.
2. Site assessment and stabilization
On arrival, we review affected areas, check for safety issues, and take immediate steps to stop active water, secure openings, and protect key assets.
3. Mitigation and dry-in-place work
Teams remove standing water, set up drying and dehumidification, clean affected areas, and apply dry in place methods where conditions support it. If materials cannot be saved, we plan targeted removal and communicate that clearly.
4. Repairs and reconstruction
Once the structure is stable and dry, our contractor services handle repairs to interiors, finishes, and building systems so the space is ready for normal use again.

BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.
