Helped get through the process of getting my insurance to file the claim, and after 2 weeks they set up the new roof in a day

These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. The crew came out early in the morning and had our new roof completed before the end of the day. Thanks for all the help!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

The whole experience with National First Response went so well. From the very beginning all the guys who worked to repair our home due to water damage--from the water mitigation team, to all the guys who worked on the rebuild, to the painter--were fantastic. I have sent a couple of my friends to NFR & I have called asking for direction and it never matters what time we call we get an answer or a call back quickly. Christina has been so helpful and if she doesn't for some reasonhave a note with the answer she will certainly find it out quickly.

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

We had our roof inspected and James was awesome. He let us know the condition of our roof and what we needed to watch for to protect our roof. We did not have anything done to our roof at this time,but when it is necessary ,we will definitely have National First Response do the work.

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric
