NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

Shane and his team are life savers. They’re open 24/7 as any crisis management company should be and respond so quickly it’s insane. They passionate about helping the public and it shows in their work.

By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. The entire First Response team was both professional and educational in their repair of my water heater problem. My unit 'blew' and the team responded with quick service and repair of the damaged area...advising me of the process every step of the way......and they we always on time. Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Everything was great about our experience with National First Response. Grace Berand was excellent in communicating about the process and staying in touch with us throughout the entire job. After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! I would give them 100 stars if it let me! I absolutely recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future!

National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs.
