Great company to work with.

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. Their pricing is reasonable and it saved me a lot of time and trouble not having to find a painter, carpet installer and electrician. Thank you Brandi, Christina and Cory!

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

Definitely five stars from me. These guys and gals were very professional and did a great job on the repair work. You can’t tell there was ever any damage! And they responsive and polite. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.

After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! If you need a roof give these guys a call!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Shane and his team are life savers. They’re open 24/7 as any crisis management company should be and respond so quickly it’s insane. They passionate about helping the public and it shows in their work.

We had our roof inspected and James was awesome. He let us know the condition of our roof and what we needed to watch for to protect our roof. We did not have anything done to our roof at this time,but when it is necessary ,we will definitely have National First Response do the work.

We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Eric was always readily available when I called with questions, and patient. Also Alan and Rick. Thank you for a job well done!

Very helpful all though the process

Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.
