They did an excellent job on our remodel. Eric our project manager kept the project on time. All crews that worked on our home were professional and courteous. They also worked hard and performed top quality work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose National First Response! Update: We recently had storm damage on our roof. They came out right away to address the issues. We ended up needing a new roof and ceiling and they did a great job. Our project manager Brendan was responsive and addressed any concerns we had throughout the project. The office staff is excellent to work with. Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They made sure the property was kept clean and maintained, they cleaned up after installation and made sure everything was right before they completed. These guys are pro level and on point 100%. I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire process step by step and handled the insurance side of things with professionalism and persistence. National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. Joey & Jeremy did a great job and trust full they now how to treat the customer. put down tarps cleaned up the area left nothing behind would recommend the two at our place as well as use the company. they call to confirm in advance and when on the way morning of, I like that gal doing the calling was great as well.

They were very responsive from the initial call to all work related to water damage (drywall, flooring, cabinet, painting). Project management and all workers were very professional and great with communication.

Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company.
