I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire process step by step and handled the insurance side of things with professionalism and persistence. When the insurance company and adjusters initially tried to say the damage could be repaired instead of replaced, National First Response truly went to bat for us. They advocated on our behalf and fought to make sure we received a full roof replacement — something we’re incredibly grateful for. What really set them apart, though, was the care and empathy they showed during a stressful personal time. My wife was scheduled for major surgery, and the team worked efficiently and proactively to ensure the claim process, insurance back-and-forth, and all roofing work were completed before she returned home from the hospital. Knowing there would be no contractors coming and going while she was recovering allowed us to focus fully on her healing, which meant the world to us. Grace was fantastic to work with — clear, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. James and his crew did an incredible job on the roof itself, with top-notch workmanship and attention to detail. We had our roof replaced and the guys were very polite and cleaned up daily. Brandon Michel was the project manager. He was polite and made sure everything went smoothly. I had a couple of small issues when we did the walk thru of the roof. They fixed them right then instead of coming back another day. The roof looks like it was never touched. A perfect job well done.

What a refreshing experience after having a disappointing and expensive experience with another roofer. These guys were First Class. National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!

National First Response did such an amazing job on my new roof! The old shingles were worn down and were recently damaged from a heavy windstorm. They practically worked a 12hr day in the scorching heat to reshingle the roof with wind resistant Timberline shingles. The workers were quick, polite, and were very respectful of my property ensuring there was no trash left behind after a thorough cleanup of the yard. As a bonus, the project manager offered to have the rotted sidepaneling replaced at an affordable cost. Could not recommend this company enough!

We renovated our entire upstairs, and National First Response did an AMAZING job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. You could also tell that each worker took pride in his/her craft. I also appreciated the clear communication when it came to budget and cost. We had NFR do a bathroom remodel for us. Their team was professional, courteous and did top notch work. They used a couple of subs (tile, custom vanity, shower glass) and they were also professional and courteous, and timely. The project included demo-ing a shower to enlarge it, installing new tile and glass walls. They also installed a new vanity and linen closet, tiled the floors, and installed a barn door. NFR was very patient with our process, and allowed us to add tiling the master bedroom and closet to match. We even had a kitchen pantry add-on to the scope.
