Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

What an awesome team they have! Shout out to Nicole Sullivan! She helped to make this a great experience. I did have a concern once the work was finished and she helped resolve the concern in less then two days! I would definitely recommend National First Response for all of your roofing needs!

We had a drain pipe leak in out upstairs bathroom and extensive damage. We could not have asked for better service from Eric and Jeremy. They were fast and attentive and supportive during the whole process.

Had a roof replaced. They were courteous and worked hard. After the replacement was completed, they cleaned up and did an excellent job.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! Steve came out to put a new back door on. He had previously fixed my vertical blinds. Both times he was extremely professional and friendly, and did a terrific job. He did the job very nicely and cleaned up after himself. Just like everyone else at NFR, he was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. The crew came out early in the morning and had our new roof completed before the end of the day. Thanks for all the help!

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Communication was great. Brandon was the Project manager and ensured everything was precise with the work crew. The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.

NFR replaced our roof shingles. From first contact to last bit of clean up, we were satisfied by the quality and professionalism. From James, head of the roofing division, to Diego, whose remarkable crew performed the tear-off and installation of the shingles. Being personally retired from the construction industry after 50 years, this company and crew were absolutely the best we have had the pleasure of dealing with and the finest craftsmanship of roofing and carpentry skill I have personally witnessed. Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Eric and his staff were very responsive and professional. They did what they said they would and the job turned out beautifully. I would recommend them for any job they want to do.
