I had a water leak problem that went into my walls and onto my carpets in my basement, being a widow I was in panic mode ! Chris Owens and his awesome team from National First Response, reassured me they would take care of me , and I was not to worry! What a blessing when in a little over a week, with the most professional, hardworking, thoughtful men, my basement is more beautiful then I could have ever imagined ! So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. NFR did STELLAR work on our home. The entire roof was replaced in 4 days. Workers were very careful with tear down, install, and even clean up after (we have 2 dogs and they didn't want them being hurt). The planning stages were very easy and they even brought me samples of tiles to ensure this was the aesthetic we wanted for our home. Our solar install was also very easy, and even though we had a few tiles to replace after, it was done within 48 hours of the solar being complete. I would give 100% recommendation for their services to anyone I know!

They came out within the first five hours. Set up their equipment and immediately began helping me with my issues... Greg was wonderful.. I cannot recommend him too highly. The entire company was at my service the entire ordeal... thanks to Vinnie also.

Everything was great about our experience with National First Response. Grace Berand was excellent in communicating about the process and staying in touch with us throughout the entire job. Brandon did a great job in overseeing the work crews and in the final inspection. The entire process from the first estimate through to the very end was very smooth. We felt a sense of calmness, but, also, a sense of professionalism and are very proud of how our roof looks with the job that was done. Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. We were recommended of this company by someone who had a new roof put on their house and they were very happy with the work and working with Colton. I am the senior pastor of First Christian Church of Mesa. We had an incredible experience working with National First Response. They were our roofing contractor for an insurance claim, and their team went above and beyond in every way. They tirelessly advocated for us with the insurance company, performed excellent work, and were always responsive to our questions and needs. But that’s not all! Towards the end of our roof claim, we had a car crash into the front of our building, causing extensive damage. National First Response had a crew on-site within a couple of hours, quickly clearing debris and guiding us through the entire process. This was an extensive project involving multiple trades, all of which were professionally coordinated and managed.
