Chris and his crew were outstanding resources in helping to restore our son's home following a fire. While another company did the major clean-up and clearing out the charred materials, Chris and his crew performed the vast majority of the rebuild - and we wish we had given the entire project to them. We loved working with Chris and his crew, the communication was excellent, they came in on budget and they did a fantastic job. Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. We were recommended of this company by someone who had a new roof put on their house and they were very happy with the work and working with Colton. We were referred to National First Response when we had a major plumbing disaster in our home. From start to finish, this company was spot on with their service, professionalism, and care! Eric was always super responsive, and the workers could not have been better! It was a massive undertaking with a lot of moving parts, and they helped us each step of the way including assisting us with all the insurance claims. That help alone deserved them a 5 star rating! I would give them 100 stars if it let me! I absolutely recommend using this company, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future!

We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Eric was always readily available when I called with questions, and patient. Also Alan and Rick. Thank you for a job well done!

Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! I had such a great experience from beginning to end with our roof installation with National First Response Roofing. Grace, the Project Coordinator, was always available when I needed her, kept me up to date with the progress of the installation and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. They did great work and I would use them again. I recommend using them to anyone needing any type of roof work.

You guys did an amazing job in my master bathroom.

Had to replace drywall, insulation and baseboards in addition to drying out and treating the area.

Going through the process was great and the communication was great. They were very professional, very fast at getting the job done. After finishing the job they did amazing with housekeeping, I appreciate them walking through my yard with a magnetic to pick up the nails.

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. I had a water leak coming into my bedroom floor from an unknown source. Two plumbers could not diagnose the source. National First was able to come up with a plan to find the leak. Under the window they opened up a section of the sheetrock of the wall beneath the window. Water was sprayed outside of the window and some leaks were verified coming in below the window. Apparently, a few weeks earlier I had a bad rain storm and the wind was forcing the rain to come in below the window. It was determined that the WINDOW SEAL had failed or that there was not one installed. The plan was to pull out the window, reseal the window, reinstall it, re-sheetrock the open space, repaint the room, re-stucco the outside wall around the window, and repaint the outside wall. The carpet and carpet pad were replaced. It took several weeks to coordinate different contractors to perform all the specialty work. I was very pleased with the craftmanship and detail the workers did on the whole project. The estimate for the repair was right on spot. I had a few extra expenses for work I requested to be done that was not in the original estimate. I would recommend National First for any job relating to home repair.

The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. They were polite and had a great attitude throughout the day. Very honest and helpful. They cleaned up as if they were never there. Very professional and were top notch.
