I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. Their pricing is reasonable and it saved me a lot of time and trouble not having to find a painter, carpet installer and electrician. Thank you Brandi, Christina and Cory!

They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. National First Response did an amazing job on my roof. I didn’t had an idea of where to go or what to do, but they assisted me on every step of the process. They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. Thank you First Response and Nicole for helping me through something that can be so problematic and making it my easiest home improvement yet.

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too.
