National First Response did an amazing job on my roof. I didn’t had an idea of where to go or what to do, but they assisted me on every step of the process. They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. Thank you First Response and Nicole for helping me through something that can be so problematic and making it my easiest home improvement yet.

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. Grace was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way. Once the job began, the crew moved fast, and their workmanship was outstanding. Mikey did a thorough walkthrough after the job was complete and explained all the extra steps they took to make sure my roof would last for years. They were fast and efficient. They grabbed the bull by the horns and got the job with pure precision and quality in two short months. The personnel all were very professional, they knew what to do and no problems. They handled our claim from start to finish. They responded to my calls without fail. The previous companies never got the leak/leaks fixed after numerous 10 or more attempts. I had over ninety e-mails between them and myself and all they did was complain w/ excuses about the job and they lost money and never got the leaks fixed over 9 months. The insurance company recommended this General Contractor. I only have the upmost respect and trust for National First Response. I guarantee that you will be fully satisfied by calling upon this outstanding company.

Matt & Kyle were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable all the while working with the insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly. From start to finish, they kept us updated on progress and timing to completion which was amazingly quick. The crews made sure safety and keeping the area clean were a priority while working efficiently and professionally. The entire experience was great, and we loved having their entire team take care of us and our roof. We highly recommend them for your new roofing needs.

So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. National first response has been a great company to work for. Mike cam out and walked us through the whole process. They were very quick to take care of all the necessary paperwork. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. We needed work done in our home to mainly make it more suitable for wheel chair access. Project manager Randy took full charge and supervised a plan that showed his professionalism and understanding. Craftsmen Adam and Cricket executed a variety of projects with admirable skill and adaptability. The quality results made it all a very worthwhile experience.
