I am very impressed with the work that was done to return my home to its previous condition. The people involved were professional and enjoyable to work with. I was especially pleased with Jeremy and Joey who seemed to go above and beyond their job. They were always pleasant and informative. If I ever need help in the future, ( I hope not for repairs like this) I will be very quick to contact them.

The longest part of the process was dealing with my insurance company. That part took 9 months to an entire year to finish. (They were patient and assisted us as we went through the claims process) Once the claim was approved. No contract, no hassle. Just sent them the cost to repair and they handled the rest.NFR was then able to get my roof done in 2 weeks replacing everything. The shingles, the metal roofing. And patching up the inside issues as well.I'm currently thinking of having their assistance again at my other house.

We had a roof assessment done by NFR and were so pleased with their professional and thorough procedure. Turns out we don’t need work done for several years most likely. I was very impressed how readily they shared that info, gave me a thumbs up on my current roof condition, and zero pressure for a sale. We will certainly be reaching out when we do need work and recommending them to friends in the meantime! Our friends had them replace their roof and had a great experience. We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

You think to yourself oh no a new roof I dread going through the process. National First Response took those worries away. James explained to us what we needed and then Grace in the office helped us move through the process with ease to get the funding, scheduling and quick responses to our questions. Communication was great. Brandon was the Project manager and ensured everything was precise with the work crew. The work crew were awesome , great tradesmen they were very up beat and efficient with lots of details on the job. From the beginning I felt they delivered on what they told us they were going to do. I felt they were trustworthy and professional and no hassles. You will be happy with everyone that will be in contact with, extremely helpful with kindness, it is rare these days, but they know how to take care of a customer.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. National First Response did an amazing job on my roof. I didn’t had an idea of where to go or what to do, but they assisted me on every step of the process. They guided me on how to file the claim what to expect and even were present during the inspections to make sure the insurance pull through. They used the best materials, the workers and project managers were fast, clean, and constantly asked if I had any concerns. My whole roof was done in a couple of hours and the whole process was seamless. Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.
