Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

Man where to start, this company not only completed exceptional work but really went above and beyond. Eric was so easy to communicate with and got right back to me. My 89 year old grandmothers door was damaged due to a storm and they installed a new door in 1.5 hours with a new frame. They even came the next day to complete the work. The results are amazing and now I will not have to worry if she is safe at her home. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks for everything!

Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. Eric managed my project perfectly from start to finish, including explaining each step in advance so I could understand what was needed and what I would see as it happened. First Response came out when a water heater pipe failed in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom of my brother's condo. They did a great job of helping me with the insurance coverage and repairs. They had to take out the wall right down to the studs. They put everything back even better than it was in the first place. I went on to make other repairs to the condo using them beyond the water damage and they met my expectations 100%. Their pricing is reasonable and it saved me a lot of time and trouble not having to find a painter, carpet installer and electrician. Thank you Brandi, Christina and Cory!

What a refreshing experience after having a disappointing and expensive experience with another roofer. These guys were First Class. From Price, to Promptness, to Professionalism, Everything when as Promised. And my roof was a mess. The clean up was also amazing. Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

Great experience! From the get go the First Response team was super communicative, they made sure all aspects of the project were aligned and being handled properly. The Ops manager, Nicole and her staff were communicating with me weekly and throughout the process of the installation. The installation team was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.
