After my 3 years of mostly unaided struggles through natural disaster cleanups, National First Response’s combined insurance claims and construction assistance with my hail-ravaged roof was literally a godsend. From lifting the entire insurance burden off my elderly shoulders to installation of a new roof so well-crafted that even the insurance assessor labeled it “beautiful,” every staff member I dealt with both online and in person was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, friendly, and patient. Their highly experienced operations manager Nicole Sullivan, in particular, kept me regularly updated over the entire claims-to-build process with informative, congenial, personalized notes, always promptly answering my questions and fully addressing my concerns. Claims specialist Zach Lenhart expertly handled insurance inspections and communications, arriving early to every appointment with unfailing cheerfulness. The actual roof build, carried out by project manager Miguel Trinidad and his friendly hard-working crew, went as speedily, smoothly, unobtrusively, and cleanly as could be hoped for, marked most especially by their obvious pride in creating a quality product. Without reservation, I highly recommend National First Response to all those needing insurance-linked construction services, but particularly to senior citizens like myself with physical or health limitations. All my initial dread of a potential insurance claim/building contractor nightmare (as endured by some of my neighbors) was quickly dispelled by NFR’s broad experience, professional expertise, and above all, reliability.

My experience up to this point has been great they kept their word on everything they commited to. They backed their work with an above industry standard waranty and came in after another contractor could not and would not do the work and they got my house back in order. As long as they back the warranty they provided and back their work if ever needed I highly recomend future business with National First Respnce.

National First Response is a 5 star company in our opinion. We had a flood in our home which wasn’t discovered for 3 weeks since we were out of town. I called in a water restoration/mitigation company and was quite disappointed in their communication so decided not to use them for the rebuild. NFR was recommended to us and we hired them. Absolutely the best decision ever!! They kept me informed (long distance) of what was happening, sent me photo’s & video’s along with phone calls to ease my mind. The work they did was just OUTSTANDING in quality, timely manner and the employees who did the work were at the top of their field of expertise. We renovated our entire upstairs, and National First Response did an AMAZING job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. NFR replaced my roof during a heat wave. The roofers were professional and worked diligently through the entire process. All my questions were addressed before, during and after. I would highly recommend NFR.

Christina, Eric, and their entire team were beyond Fabulous. My daughter had just experienced a life altering event and then a week later a pipe leak happened in her house. My daughter was still dealing with the life altering event and was not in the frame of mind to deal with a pipe leak, repair scheduling, insurance, etc., so I stepped in to work on getting her house back together. The team at National First Response treated us as family, and really worked hard to take the stress off my daughter and I. They were definitely a breathe of fresh air, and followed through on everything, and on time! We absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future, if needed. Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! Highly recommend National First Response. We had roof damage and Bianca guided us through all the steps. She was on-site when the work was being done too. The crew was fantastic. When all the work was done, you would have never known we’d just had the entire roof replaced - there was not a spec of debris. From the initial call all the way through the final inspection, NFR was there. We could not be more pleased with the results.

I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. The whole team from start to finish were great. The team that came out to give the estimate, to the roofers who came on time, were very courteous, and ready to work. Highly recommend National First Response! Post a sewage and water backup they came in and repaired our bathroom and did a great job. Everything looks new and we’re very happy. They were on time, professional and made sure it was perfect

What a refreshing experience after having a disappointing and expensive experience with another roofer. These guys were First Class. From Price, to Promptness, to Professionalism, Everything when as Promised. And my roof was a mess. The clean up was also amazing. We had water damage from a drain pipe inside our outer kitchen wall. Our plumber called National First Response, they came within an hour to access our damage, and started the restoration process the next morning. From the workers who tore out our cabinets, those who handled the water issue, to the workers who finished the restoration, they were all very friendly and professional, and on time. Fast response time, terrific job done, top notch work. Guy and Eric were great to work with. I've owned multiple homes and have done several projects including pavers, tile, patio doors, granite, backyard bbq and more. We recently had our roof done by National First Response and it was the best experience. It was such an easy process and didn’t cause us any headaches and barely any of our time; which is nice when you have 3 kids. They talked to our insurance company, got them to approve a whole roof replacement when they were only going to approve a partial. The clean up was great and we’re so happy with the outcome!! The whole team was great. Kyle initially talked to Alex and got the ball rolling as to what they could do. Nicole was super responsive and answered any questions I had and was considerate by checking in on us during this whole process. Brendan was also amazing and dealt with our insurance company while he was here and answered any questions they had. I can’t recommend this company enough!
