National First Response is one of the very best companies I've dealt with in the construction industry. From the very beginning, Michael as project manager was helpful, communicated frequently and effectively during the project. Michael helped me understand the complexity of making an insurance claim for the storm damage my house incurred. I would like to him give him and his company more than five stars.

I run an automotive repair facility in Mesa,arizona. Guy and Eric have been here multiple times. And have do different types of repair work for us. They have always been timely and fair in their prices. Will continue to used them in the future. 1

Everyone at National First Response were so helpful in getting my roof replaced! They had quite the job with the insurance company! But they did it! They completed the job in 1 day! My roof looks great! And the crew was so respectful and the clean up was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company!

National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs. Thank you to Chris, Kayla, Shane, Josh, Cody, Zach, Tristan, Rolando and the rest of the Rock Star Team!! Our family appreciates all that you do!

What an awesome team they have! Shout out to Nicole Sullivan! She helped to make this a great experience. I did have a concern once the work was finished and she helped resolve the concern in less then two days! I would definitely recommend National First Response for all of your roofing needs!

Great group of guy's very clean building.

These folks were a great help in getting our roof replaced after a hail storm. They identified the damage and helped through the entire process, including assisting with the insurance claim. Nicole was especially great at keeping the project moving and keeping me informed through the entire process. Thanks, everyone!

Dane provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure customers are satisfied.

NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. We had an overhead HVAC system failure with a resulting water leak in the living room ceiling, causing a large hole in the ceiling and lighting fixture displacement. Required repairs included patching and repainting ceiling area and rehanging lighting fixture. . The technician, Steve, did a perfect restoration job. We also appreciated the fast response.

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

I have own multiple commercial buildings including Auto I can save for a fact that Guy Bond and Eric Walters are the reasons why this company are so successful. On top of being extremely sincere they have what most companies don't have and that is a little thing called follow through. There motto of trust and verify I must say that I have stolen and used it in my business. The turnaround time was absolutely amazing and everything was handled 100% up to par. I had a severe water leak that was taken care of in a timely manner. I believe he's the manager but Eric was a perfectionist and Guy Bond couldn't have been more like family. I recommend this company to anybody five stars if I could give it 10 I would again thank you guy and Eric

I'm a recent 84 year old widow and out of my "Flooding Tragedy" came the wonderful staff of NFR. They took over to coordinate, and provide guidance and support throughout the whole restoration. They negottiated with insurance to provide the best possible outcome and EVERYONE treated me with concern and respect and took the time to explain every detail. From demolition to the final painting, nothing was overlooked. They extended themselves far beyound all my expectations. They made it possible for me to return to a beautifully restored home without any glitches or stress. My roof replacement was covered by my home insurance company and I could not be happier with the professionalism of everyone I met or was involved with personally. My contact, Nicole Sullivan, who I only connected with virtually, kept me informed of the process every step of the way. Her cheerful and prompt response to my inquiries was refreshing. Brandon Velander, who came out after the roof was installed, was equally cheerful and professional. The crew that delivered the roofing materials and the crew that installed them were cheerful and professional as well. The attached photos are of the material being delivered.
