National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

At first I wasn’t too sure when the two gentlemen approached me telling me about how they’d handled everything and I’d have a new roof. In the end I couldn’t be happier, most I had to do was call the insurance. They handled everything from there after, Nicole stayed on top of keeping me informed. Once everything was approved, the crew took 2 days to strip roof and install new roof. Highly recommend giving them a call.

NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. They also helped with the insurance process as well which was extremely helpful. The new roof looks great! A huge thank you to NFR for such a great job!

National first response has been a great company to work for. Mike cam out and walked us through the whole process. They were very quick to take care of all the necessary paperwork. I had my new beautiful roof within a week. The crew that came out to do the new roof were very professional and kept the area clean and tidy. NFR Roofing Division Project manager Brandon Clayton and his experienced roofing crew, headed by Diego Trinidad, did an excellent job of replacing my roof after it sustained wind damage. Brandon was easy to work with, communicative and patient. Even though he was handling a lot of other jobs due to the monsoon, he always got back to me in a timely manner to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon was a huge asset, helping me to understand and negotiate the insurance claim process.
Bottom Line: The work was professional and it was completed quickly, the roofers showed up on time, worked hard and well together, cleaned up after themselves; everybody was efficient and polite. Best of all, the contract I signed specified that NFR Roofing Division would do the work needed to replace my roof for the amount my insurance company authorized, and that my only cost would be my insurance deductible. They were true to their word. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Brandon Clayton at National First Response Roofing, and I love my roofing replacement!

Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

Our church had wind and water damage that leaked into the building... a new roof was much needed... it was an old roof. We had water damage in the kitchen pantry as well on the ceiling in the Sanctuary. Colton, of National First Response was AMAZING as was the company. He was always on time, great communication and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns we might have had. NFR helped me every step of the way! I had bad storm damage on my roof and they worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. It was a hassle free process for me and my family.

I done a lot of research before going with National first response. I received 7 quotes, and everyone was trying to charge me more money for my roof replacement. I’m happy how fast they completed the job and made sure they took care of all my damage wood trim before installing the shingles. They also removed the gutters for no extra charge. There communication level was exceptional, and they finished 1 day early. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.

What a great company to have worked with! After the storm, they were quick to come and help me out. Unlike other companies who were giving me a wait time of a week to just have someone inspect the roof. The team of roofers arrived a day earlier than expected and it was GREAT! They returned bright and early the following day and continued where they left off the prior day. They are courteous and friendly along with being efficient and very tidy. They took the time and effort to ensure that my pool was well protected from any possible debris. They did a fantastic job removing the old roofing and installing the new one. They took special care filling in the opening where my old swamp cooler used to be located and roofing over the spot. They painted the old vents and installed new ones to replace some of the old ones that needed replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire company from the roofers and Project Manager Brendon to Brooke in the office. She answered my questions and kept me posted throughout the entire process. National First Response did a fantastic job repairing previously-undiscovered dry rot damage in my exterior kitchen wall. Every person who came to my home was 100% professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, and, most importantly, highly competent. I am terrible with names, but Nicole, Mikey and all the rest of the folks at NFR were a pleasure to deal with. The crew showed up around 7am and they stripped my roof to the deck and finished applying the new roof by 5pm. They cleaned up all the debris including nails and the roof looks great! They worked with my insurance Co. to ensure all damage was identified and all repairs were approved up front.Highly recommended if you are looking to replace your roof.

National First Response (NFR) recently did my roof underlayment replacement and an interior repair. It started with a roof leak during raining and a small water damage it caused. I called NFR and they dispatched Mike over on the same day. Mike immediately placed a tarp to cover the leak area, with no change (regardless of whether or not NFR would be hired for further roof work). One other company would charge $500 for just putting a tarp on. NFR did an awesome job on the interior repair. After a small patch of drywall replaced and repainted, it looked like nothing happened. I was very pleased.

They were great to work with! They came out did the assessment, dealt with the insurance company and made everything as simple as possible to get the roof replaced! we were so nervous because the rain was coming the next day, but they reassured us that it would get done and it was what is done in record time! I can’t say enough about how patient, trustworthy, and kind this team was that was behind our roof project. Jeff and Kyle kept pushing the insurance to help understand what needed to be done at our house, Brendan and Mikey were our project managers and were very prompt. They assured us everything was going to be ok and the job would get done as soon as the insurance company approved the job. We have a repair shop that the roof was leaking Guy bond came out and took A look and said that the gutters were full of leaves and pine needles. Guy cleared out the debris afterwards we had no problems What a GREAT PERSON THX for all your help.

NFR replaced my roof during a heat wave. The roofers were professional and worked diligently through the entire process. All my questions were addressed before, during and after. I would highly recommend NFR.

We are extremely happy with our new roof on house, back patio and detached shop done by National First Response Roofing . We also had some restoration work done on the inside of detached shop, water damage from roof leaks. From Cody handling claims, Mike the roofing Superintentent, and Nicole in the office were all great and communicative. The roofing crew was fantastic too. Not only their craftmanship they put into the work they used drop cloths to protect property and they cleaned up impeccably every day!! National First Response made my first-ever roof replacement process very easy for me as a new homeowner. They were very patient and worked with me according to my schedule. Nicole is very sweet and helpful. Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

After that tornado/microburst in September of 2023, my roof sustained some major damage. Kyle Cordova did a free inspection and gave me a detailed report of the damage. He also called the insurance company with me and established NFR's involvement as my contractor. Kyle worked directly with the insurance company to get everything covered. I also door damage from th3 same storm so Kyle connected me with the right division within his company to get that fixed as well. At my house, we have quite a few animals and I explained to Kyle about the care that needed to be taken for their health and safety. This was relayed to Justin, who was the on-site project manager. There was a miscommunication with the crew on site that led to an issue. One call to Kyle and Justin took care of it, and there were no further issues. I am very happy with the end result and how my roof looks. There was a delay, on my insurance company's part, on getting my door done but that is now in the works as well. Nicole, in the office, has been fantastic to work with on the payments from the insurance company and my deductible. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this company. The customer service, and care, that I have received has been top notch.​

Amazing job. Highly recommend. I worked with Kyle for my roof. At first I wasn’t to sure, i hate calling insurance, Kyle assured me he would deal with everything. He kept me in the loop the entire time. So I was aware of everything that was going on without the stress. The roof looks amazing and was done super quick once it was approved. If you’re thinking about it, you should do it. Kyle was very professional and that’s important to me because I’m female so I’m always worried I don’t know enough and can be taken advantage off.
