Between, Jay, Seth, Grace and Jackie, they got it done! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Trying to get my insurance company to approve me for a new roof after many storms for the past 4 years, Seth swore if he didn’t get the roof repaired, he would become a life guard. I think it’s safe to say he is still a roofer lol. I got updates every single week keeping me in the know and I appropriated every text, email and call I got so I was always in the loop! Since our first meeting the representatives from National First Response I have been completely satisfied with their personal interaction, professionalism and flexibility. Contacted National First Response after the latest storm due to our roof shingles being blown off, and they did a great job! My roof was done within a week and a half, plus they were able to work with the Insurance to get the whole thing replaced. Satisfied customer here!

National First Response has been amazing to work with on an insurance claim. My insurance was being very difficult to deal with and NFR, without much of my involvement thankfully, managed the whole process and fought for me all the way. The process took months but NFR never pressured me for payment until the insurance company paid. The work by NFR, both the mitigation and rebuild, was top quality. All the people I dealt with from management to dry-wallers Were very professional I would highly recommend, without hesitation, National First Response. Like almost any activity, there were some minor communication/coordination issues but overall things went fine. Would recommend the firm (particularly the roofing division) as they replaced my roof (from wood shales to regular shingles. Work crews were fantastic.

Rick, Jeremy and David expertly restored and transformed our kitchen cabinets after our home was flooded. They carefully tented off the entire kitchen and garage to have a dust-free work zone . They took painstaking care to ensure a “perfect finish” in painting our kitchen cabinets (taping off everything, sanding, priming, and sanding again between each coat) - extremely tedious work! National First Response was there for us in the early morning just before Christmas when we found our 2nd floor boy's bathroom had an angle stop leak at 4am with water coming down through the ceiling below into our first floor and garage. Within an hour or so of my call to their 24 hour response number their remediation team was at work extracting the water and drying out our home. This quick response allowed our home to not incur any issues at all with mold which is huge when it comes to water damage. They have been phenomenal in not only the remediation part but with helping our family navigate the back and forth with both our insurance carrier and our mortgage company. We are now over 80% complete with the rebuild and we could not be happier with the way our home is coming back together and with the up to date communication and professionalism of their techs. Thank you to Chris, Kayla, Shane, Josh, Cody, Zach, Tristan, Rolando and the rest of the Rock Star Team!! Our family appreciates all that you do!

Whenever I enter my front entry door, I can't believe how good it looks. Rick Estrella, the painter, was able to transform the old, unpainted door, and cracked, weathered trim into a look better than new. He also meticulously caulked, masked, primed, and painted the exterior siding, a new patio door, and interior areas with the same quality. He is a true professional.

NFR replaced our roof shingles. From first contact to last bit of clean up, we were satisfied by the quality and professionalism. From James, head of the roofing division, to Diego, whose remarkable crew performed the tear-off and installation of the shingles. Every person I interacted with at National First Response was professional, responsive and competent. The project manager, Cory Schmitz guided me through the entire complicated process. That means a lot, especially when an insurance company is involved. When there was a mistake, (We all make mistakes from time to time.)
