National First Response's representative Bianca Peterson made what was a very stressful project into a pleasure. Not that replacing a roof can every be a pleasent experience, her experience, patience and working directly with our home insurance made it easier for us. The staff replacing the roof were amazing, professional on time and took about 2 day to complete the entire roof. I also work from home, yest the first day was very noisy, felt they mauy come throigh the roof, but expected with the amount fo work that was being done. The second day, all I heard were the nailing and that was not as bad. Bianca was on top of everything, communicating to the insurance company and patiently explaining to us what was going to take place and what she needed from us, etc. We are very satisfied with how sooth this all went!

After my entire home flooded, National First Response made a difficult situation a pleasant experience. From my Project Manager Cory to the trade workers, (Jeremy, Casey, Steve and the others I didn't get to meet in person) all were professional, did great work, were patient with my requests/questions and even cleaned up after themselves! They kept on schedule and offered excellent recommendations for other services I needed (furniture restoration and even camping tips!). I highly recommend them and would use them again!

The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Very flexible and helped me get my house sold on time. Absolutely would use them again if needed

National First Response did quality work in a timely manner and Grace Bernard the project coordinator who helped us was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process explaining how the everything worked and what our options were. As well as answering any questions we had promptly. It was such a a load of our shoulders. She took a potentially nebulous and stressful situation and made it pleasant. I highly recommend working with National First Response!

National First Response made a difficult situation much better. They quickly responded to a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom into my daughter's 1st floor bedroom. They work in a very professional manner, leaving no trace behind. Thank you so much!

Mike (my consultant with NFR) was this best. From our first meeting and all through the process. If your want to speak to a representative from NFR that has confidence, friendly and knowledge, Mike is your man. This company has the best workers, they do prompt work, clean up nice.I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family!!

After using National First Response on many occasions, I have found them to be timely and have excellent communication. My most recent interactions with Guy and Chris Owens only make me appreciate the care and service that you don't find with other contractors. When you have a house flood (or other major home problem) the stress you experience cannot be described until you experience it first hand. BRAVO to the management and staff of National First Response! After a fire in our garage in October which caused upwards of 40,000.00 in damage - thankfully, our Insurance Company sent National First Response to the rescue! These guy's are truly a Class Act - They were very thorough, and went over every step in the recovery process in detail. With all of the employees in and out of our home while we were displaced, and not one item "walked off" our property, we always got a good feeling with everyone we came in contact with everyone was stellar, but a special thanks to Chris, Guy, and Vinnie for going the extra mile! After all the repairs were complete including complete renovation of the garage, and 1 bedroom, and serious restoration to two more bedrooms, paint carpet drywall water heater and the list goes on and on ... we were back in our home in under two months. If your looking for an honest hard working restoration company, that will do the job the way you would yourself, look no further.

I can’t say enough good things about National First Response. After a large storm caused damage to our roof, they came out quickly to assess everything and immediately put us at ease. From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire process step by step and handled the insurance side of things with professionalism and persistence. When the insurance company and adjusters initially tried to say the damage could be repaired instead of replaced, National First Response truly went to bat for us. They advocated on our behalf and fought to make sure we received a full roof replacement — something we’re incredibly grateful for. What really set them apart, though, was the care and empathy they showed during a stressful personal time. My wife was scheduled for major surgery, and the team worked efficiently and proactively to ensure the claim process, insurance back-and-forth, and all roofing work were completed before she returned home from the hospital. Knowing there would be no contractors coming and going while she was recovering allowed us to focus fully on her healing, which meant the world to us. Grace was fantastic to work with — clear, responsive, and communicative every step of the way. James and his crew did an incredible job on the roof itself, with top-notch workmanship and attention to detail. So where to start. A few months back, during our atmospheric river rain, I developed a roof leak. I live in a patio home with a flat roof. I went on Angie's list and selected four contractors to come out and give me a quote for roof replacements. Each one went up on the roof and saw a pot of gold and wrote their quotes. Why was I shocked? I didn't know what I was going to do. I then got a call from Brendan from National First Response as he saw my requests on Angie's list. He asked me if they could come out and look at my roof. I said sure. We got up on the roof and started looking around and he brought to my attention that my roof had major hail and wind damage, so we needed to contact my insurance company first and get an adjuster out to look at the roof. The insurance adjuster looked at my roof and agreed with Brendan. The insurance company wrote up their quote of what they said they would pay to do the needed work of replacing the roof. Nicole in the office was my go-to person to set up scheduling. She did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of all aspects of the work. She made me feel comfortable with all the work that was going to be performed on my house as this was no small job. She made me feel very confident that no corners were going to be cut regarding my roof repairs. Nicole scheduled the start date and sent Michael, the project manager of this job, out to go over with me the aspects of the job. Fantastic young man! The crew showed up on time and got right to work stripping the roof. Once the roof was stripped, they discovered the wood decking was damaged. Nicole said don't worry, Michael was getting photos and they were submitting an additional damage report to the insurance company. They followed up with my insurance company to get the approval for the decking replacement. Now mind you, not all insurance companies are alike. They also worked with me to replace the fascia along the edge of the house and to bring the patio roof and laundry room, which was flat, to conform with the rest of the roof at a fair price. Bottom line, if I could push the golden buzzer on National First Response I would. Thank you, Nicole on giving me a five-star confidence of your company, Michael for being extremely professional in your work and crew and also your crew, who did an excellent job in craftsmanship. I guess I don't have to say that I highly recommend this fantastic company, which is rare in this day and age.

By chance national first response stopped by our home. The best thing that ever happened to us. From that moment on we never had to do a thing or talk to anyone. They handled everything for new room taking the solar panels down and re applying. Nicole handled everything with our insurance company and kept us posted. They are top notch. I suggest you give them a call if your having roofing problems. We didnt have to pay for anything ! Thank you First response.

Fast response time, terrific job done, top notch work. Guy and Eric were great to work with. I've owned multiple homes and have done several projects including pavers, tile, patio doors, granite, backyard bbq and more. Highly recommend this company, the quality of work and workers is second to none.

These guys did a great job replacing my roof. They came out quickly, to asses the damage. They even walked me through filing the claim. Every step of the process they helped with. The crew came out early in the morning and had our new roof completed before the end of the day. Thanks for all the help!

We had a roof assessment done by NFR and were so pleased with their professional and thorough procedure. Turns out we don’t need work done for several years most likely. I was very impressed how readily they shared that info, gave me a thumbs up on my current roof condition, and zero pressure for a sale. We will certainly be reaching out when we do need work and recommending them to friends in the meantime! Our friends had them replace their roof and had a great experience. Definitely five stars from me. These guys and gals were very professional and did a great job on the repair work. You can’t tell there was ever any damage! And they responsive and polite. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

NFR did an amazing job! They had the job done within a day and they were very cautious with the yard clean up and mindful of protecting our plants and property. We renovated our entire upstairs, and National First Response did an AMAZING job. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. You could also tell that each worker took pride in his/her craft. I also appreciated the clear communication when it came to budget and cost. My overall experience with NFR was very positive mainly because of the dedicated follow-up of Grace and Mike. The crew sent to do the work took longer than expected with some minor details not completed. When I called Grace she was excellent in her concern and diligent follow-up with me. When Mike came to inspect the work he made sure it was done right. Both Grace and Mike were a delight to work with….if I had a company I would hire these two in a heart beat!

Josh took the time to explain what he was going to do and to prepare the work area to protect adjacent areas. Josh is personable and very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job for the repair. It is impossible to tell which area of the ceiling was repaired and the original. National First Response will be my go-to for any future repairs.
